Q: How do monthly payments work?
A: We offer installment pricing for your total balance for each season, which can be 8-20 weeks. This is NOT a subscription. It's simply a way to make Soccer Shots affordable to more families versus having to pay the total up front. Our current system charges a set rate (what you're charged as the first payment) until your total is paid off or the remaining balance on the account will be billed the day before the last class.

Q: What should my child wear?
A: Children should wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and sneakers. Since they’ll be playing soccer, we recommend active wear, and please remember to pack a jacket or sweater in case of cooler temperatures.

Q: When will they receive their jersey?
A: Children will be mailed a jersey to the address on file when the annual registration fee is paid, not per season. If you would like to purchase an additional jersey or other Soccer Shots swag, visit our store HERE!

Q: What should we bring to class?
A: All your child needs is a water bottle. Soccer balls and other necessary equipment will be provided.

Q: What happens in case of rain or bad weather?
A: Our goal is to run during rain or shine. Sometimes weather is unsafe or the city closes the fields...in these rare occasions, we may offer credit or a make up session. We will communicate any cancellations or changes via email and text. Please make sure your contact info is accurate in your account.

Q: Are the classes set in stone or will there be fluctuation?
A: We work to arrange classes into the best age-appropriate groups for the best experience for each child and family. After registration, you may be asked to move class times or location based on enrollment numbers and ages of participants.

Q: What happens if I miss a practice?
A: No worries, we understand life can be busy. Your child's spot is secure for the entire season that you pay for, and will not be removed from the roster due to absences. Our coaches will be here when you get back!
